经皮肺穿刺活检术对肺部阴影性质的诊断价值探讨

摘　　要：目的　探讨经皮肺穿刺活检术在外周肺部阴影中的实用性和可靠性。方法　 80例在穿刺前先作肺部CT扫描或B超确定最佳穿刺点、进针深度和角度。把取得的条型组织送病理检查。结果　 80例中确诊 72例 ,阳性率90 % ,假阴性为 10 % ,无假阳性。并发症少量咯血 3例 (3.8% ) ,气胸 5例 (6 .3% )。结论　CT引导下经皮肺穿刺活检术是确诊外周肺阴影安全、可靠、有效的方法。Objective To investigate practically and reliability of percutaneous needle biopsy in the diagnosis of pulmonary shadow.Metholds Eighty patients with peripheral pulmonary shadow were studies.All patients had CT examinations and B ultrasonic wave before percutaneous needles biopsy to decide the location of the lesion and the depth and direction of the neddle.The specimens were sent for histopathological examination.Results Among the 80 cases,72 were confirmed in diagnosis.The rate of positive was 90%,false rate of negative was 10%, Hemoptysis occurred in 3 cases(3.8%)and pneumothorax in 5 cases(6.3%).Conclusion CT guided percutaneous needle biopsy is a safe and precise method in diagnosis of peripheral pulmonary shadow.
