利多卡因治疗眩晕的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的　观察利多卡因治疗眩晕的疗效。方法　选择眩晕患者 14 4例 ,治疗组 83例应用利多卡因 0 .2 g加入0 .9%生理盐水 5 0 0ml静滴 10d ,1次 /d。对照组 6 1例应用地芬尼多和维生素口服 ,并用低分子右旋糖酐 5 0 0ml+复方丹参注射液 2 0ml静滴 ,1次 /d ,10d为一疗程。结果　治疗组疗效明显高于对照组 (P <0 .0 1)。结论　利多卡因治疗眩晕疗效较好。Objective To observe the effect of lidocaine on the sign of vertigo.Methods One hundred forty four patients were diveded into two groups.The treatment group was administrated with lidocaine 0.2 g(83 cases),the control group was treated with difenidol, vitamins, the low molecular dextran and dan-shen root (61 cases). The duration of treatment was 10 days.ResultsThe effect of the treatment group was higher than that of control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Lidocaine has more effect on the sign of vertigo.
