摘　　要：描述了面向PLC控制系统的故障诊断专家系统的组成与功能 ,介绍了其开发与实现手段 ,并提出了基于故障树的三层次知识获取方法。该系统具有适用范围广、实用性强、用户界面友好、易于修改和维护、可支持网络应用等特点 。In this paper,the structure and functions of the fault diagnosis expert system for PLC(programable controller) control system are described, and the method about its development and implementation is discussed.Furthermore,a method of knowledge acquisition based on fault tree,which possesses the structure of three layers,is presented.The main futures of the system include:broad applicable range,high practicability,friendly user interface,easy maintenance and modification,the support of network application and so on.Its validity has been verified in real cases.
