T302添加剂对摩擦副抗胶合性能影响

摘  要:通过对T302添加剂的润滑性能及抗胶合性能试验研究,发现T302添加剂能显著改善滑动摩擦副的抗胶合性能及润滑油的润滑性能,通过分析磨斑表面X射线衍射图谱(XPS),发现该种添加剂作用下,摩擦副表面形成了聚合物膜,使得摩擦力减小了,随着载荷的增大,添加剂在摩擦热产生高温作用下,部分原子如C、S同表面金属发生化学反应,生成了FeSO4,FeS等物质。结合咬死失效后的表面形貌及咬死失效后滑动摩擦副表观特征分析,分析了该种添加剂作用下抗咬死性能提高的原因。The author has studied experimentally the scuffing resistant of sliding friction pairs by using T302 as additives in lubricating oils, and the experiment results show that this kind of additives can improve the oil lubricating and scuffing resistant. By the analysis of friction Surface with X-ray photoelectron microscopy(XPS), we find that the friction pairs surface are covered by adsorption film, tribo-polymer films, as the increasing of the loads, and we also find there are single C,S element, some element C,S can act with surface element Fe and form a new kind material FeSO4, FeS adsorption film, this is the main reason why this kind additives can improve the scuffing resistant.
