摘　　要：GPS由于其独特的应用性,现在已经逐渐深入人们的日常生活。由此,我们介绍了一种实现GPS应用的具体方法,主要内容包括硬件的基本原理,GPS模块的介绍,GPS信息数据的接收处理,重点讲解了GPS与地理信息系统GIS(Geographic Information System)坐标之间的转换算法。该设计方法的正确性在手持信息终端设备上得到了验证。GPS is entering the daily life of people step by step based on its special applicability. We propose a concrete approach about implementation of GPS information. The content mainly concerns about the basic hardware principle, the overview of GPS module, the reception and handling of GPS message, and the coordination conversion between the GPS and the GIS. This design is verified on the hand hold terminal device.
