摘　　要：为适应知识经济与网络时代的要求,充分利用网络、计算机等现代化办公手段,进一步转变工作方式,提高工作质量和效率,大力推进政府行政管理信息化和网络化建设,已经成为各级政府和部门当前面临的一项十分紧迫的重要任务。In order to adapt the reguest of knowlege economy and network era,making full use of modern office tools such as internet rnd computer to change our work methods furtherly,improve work quality and efficiency,push the information and network construction of government administration supervision has already become a very urgent and important task to every grade authorities and departments.
