摘　　要：“霸权稳定论”与中国新安全观分别作为指导美、中两国处理外交关系的核心理论 ,对当今国际关系的发展具有重要影响。了解这两大理论 ,比较其异同 ,可以加深我们对复杂国际问题的认识 ,理解我国处理伊拉克等重大国际问题的立场。As the core theoretical guidelines for current American and Chinese foreign affairs,hegemonic stability theory and the Chinese new concept of security have had very important influences on the development of international relations.A comparison of the differences and similarities between these two theories will help us further understand the complexity of international affairs as well as the position of the Chinese government toward some important issues,for instance the Iraq issue.
