摘  要:目的 研究骨骼肌中CD1a+ 细胞的形态、分布及功能。方法  4例人骨骼肌样本采用CD1a抗体进行免疫组织化学染色 ,光镜观察。结果 骨骼肌纤维之间、肌束膜和肌外膜的血管壁、神经纤维、脂肪组织中的CD1a+ 细胞呈带状、灶状或散在分布。CD1a+ 细胞大小不等 ,形态多样 ,常有突起。突起粗细、长短、多少不等 ,其突起可与周围或远处的CD1a+ 细胞或突起相连 ;骨骼肌纤维之间的CD1a+ 细胞也可与肌膜紧密相连。结论 骨骼肌纤维之间的CD1a+ 细胞可能是肌卫星细胞的某一分化阶段 ;骨骼肌中各种组织内的CD1a+ 细胞也可能是相应组织成熟细胞的前体状态 ,并参与相应组织结构的形成和维持。Objective To investigate the morphology, distribu tion and significance of CD1a + cells in skeletal muscles. Methods Four samples of human skeletal muscles were lab eled by CD1a antibody with immunohistochemistry method, and then were observed u nder microscope. Results CD1a + cells at focal or scattering or band-like distribution could be seen in skeletal muscle tissue s including between skeletal muscular fibers, and between smooth muscle cells on the blood vessel wall, within nerve fiber, and fatty tissue and stroma in perim ysium and epimysium. CD1a + cells differed in size and shape, and usually w ith processes. Their processes were different in diameter, number and length, an d were connected with adjacent or distant CD1a + cells or processes; CDa + cells between skeletal muscular fibers might be connected with skeletal mu scular fiber tightly. Conclusion CD1a + cells between skeletal muscular fibers may be the certain phase of muscle satellite cell; CD1a + cells at different tissues in skeletal muscle may be the precursors of t he corresponding tissue mature cells, and may participate in maintaining the str ucture and function of corresponding tissues in skeletal muscle.
