摘  要:目的 研究人微小病毒B19(B19)感染和硒与大骨节病的关系。方法 采用聚合酶链反应 (PCR)及荧光法检测大骨节病病区儿童血清B19DNA和红细胞硒含量 ,并与非病区健康儿童进行对比分析。结果 大骨节病病区儿童血清B19感染率显著高于非病区儿童 ,红细胞硒含量显著低于非病区儿童 ,低硒营养状态的儿童B19感染率明显高于正常硒水平的儿童。结论 我国大骨节病病区存在着B19感染的流行 ,低硒可能是B19感染发生和发展的条件。Objective To study the association of human parvo virus B19 (B19) infection with Kashin-Beck disease(KBD)and selenium (Se). Methods B19 DNA was amplified for serum of children in KBD endemic area and children in KBD non-endemic area by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) technique, and the content of erythrocyte selenium was determined by DAN f luorescence spectrophotometry. Results The frequency of B19 infection in KBD endemic area was higher than that of healthy children in KBD non-endemic area. The content o f erythrocyte selenium in KBD endemic area was much lower than that KBD non-end emic area, and the B19 infection rate in low-Se children was higher than that i n normal children. Conclusion The children in KBD endemic area have high B19 i nfection, and Se deficiency plays a significant role in the development of B19 i nfection.
