摘　　要：目的　总结应用补片修补巨大腹壁切口疝。方法　回顾分析应用涤纶布 ,聚丙烯和膨体聚四氟乙烯补片修补 9例巨大腹壁切口疝患者的术前准备 ,手术方法和引流放置。结果　 9例均治愈 ,随访 4个月～ 1 2年无复发。结论　应用补片无张力修补巨大腹壁切口疝是一种简单、易行和有效的方法。Objective To review the clinical experiences in repairing large abdominal incisional hernia by mesh.Methods Nine cases of large abdominal incisional hernia repaired by Dacron, Marlex and Tefton were analyzed in respects to the preoperative preprations, surgical procedures and postoperative drainage. All the patients were healed. During a follow up of 4 months to 12 years, none of the patients recurred.Conclusion Repairing large abdominal incisonal hernia by mesh is a simple, easy and effective method.
