颈前路环锯减压植骨加AO钢板内固定治疗颈椎颈髓损伤28例临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨颈前路环锯减压植骨加AO钢板内固定治疗颈推颈髓损伤的疗效。方法对本院1998年10月～2003年12月收治的颈椎颈髓损伤患者28例行急诊颈椎前路环锯椎体次全切除并大块植骨融合加CSLP内固定治疗。结果除2例死于肺部感染外,26例经1～16个月的随访,肌力和感觉障碍均获得明显恢复,17例恢复至接近正常。结论本术式具有减压彻底,植骨稳定,损伤小,出血及并发症少,能及早终止骨髓损伤的病理进程,脊髓恢复明显等优点,值得推广。Objective To study the cervical anterior path around artisan decompression transplant boneplus AO stencil plate internal fixation treated the cervical vertebra and cervical spine injury. Methods Twenty-eight patients with cervical vertebra and cervical spine injury were treated with emergency operation of cervical anterior path around artisan vie-all removal vertebra and big piece of bone transplanted plus CSLP fixation in our hospital from October 1998 to December 2003.Results 26 of 28 patients haxe been followed-up for 1～16 months and only 2 patients died of pulmonary infection.Their muscular strength and sensation obstacle got restoration obviously.There were 17 patients restored to almost normal.Conclusion There were many strong points ,such as thorough decompression,stable transplant bone,little injury,little hemorrhage and lesser complication in this operation.We think the procedure may be worth ot be extended
