“以生为本”理念与高校学籍管理改革

摘　　要：　"以生为本"是"以人为本"的管理理念在高等教育管理中的体现。高等学校坚持"以生为本"理念有助于适应社会主义市场经济的需要,适应社会主义法制建设的需要,适应加入WTO后高等教育国际化的需要。"以生为本"教育管理理念的提出,有助于丰富马克思主义教育哲学,体现了高等学校落实"三个代表"精神和"十六大"提出的全面建设小康社会的要求。高等学校应该树立"以生为本"理念,加快高等学校学籍管理改革。The student-centered conception is the embodiment of human-centered managerial conception in the field of higher education management. The insistence of the student-centered conception by colleges and universities can meet the need of socialist market economy, the need for the construction of socialist legal system and the need for the internationalization of higher education after China's entry into WTO. The student-centered conception of education management not only enriches the Marxist education philosophy but also falls in line with the spirit of the 'Three Represents' and responds to the call for an all-round construction of well off society put forward in the 16th National Congress of CPC. Colleges and Universities should stick to the student-centered principle and speed up the reform on the administration of students' records.
