摘　　要：从杭州市10所市级医院近三年的实际运行状况入手,调查分析医疗保险制度改革后,不同阶段、不同等级医院的医保患者和非医保患者医药费用的变化趋势,进行平均住院日的比较;分析大病住院病人住院费用的趋势,以及超起付线患者的费用分担情况。探讨其影响因素和主要问题。We compared the actual running status of ten municipalhospitals in HangZhou in the last three years to invest and analyze thechange trends of the medical costs of the patients with or without medicalinsurance in different grade hospitals and in different period of time afterthe medical insurance reform in HangZhou. We also compared thepatients' length of stay average and analyzed the change trends in theinpatients' medical costs and the medical costs' participation status of thepatients who exceed the payment baseline. We explored the impactfactors and main problems.
