摘　　要：项目是项目管理的对象,从某种意义上说,正是项目决定着项目管理的各个方面.不同行业的项目管理的内容是不同的,但是他们也有相通之处.本文从项目和项目管理的角度,通过分析基建项目和软件项目管理的不同,使软件项目这个新兴产业在立足自身行业的基础上,能够借鉴基建项目管理,少走弯路.Project is the object of project management,in a sense,it is project that determines all aspects of project management.In different industries,the contents of project management are different,but they still have some common points. From the aspect of project and project management,analysing the difference of Capital Construction Project Management and Software Project Management.This article concludes that on the basis of its own industry,the new industry—software project can refer the management of capital construction project.
