五首活血化淤方对动脉粥样硬化家兔血清超氧化物歧化酶和丙二醛变化的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨五首活血化淤方对动脉粥样硬化(atherosclerosis,AS)家兔血清超氧化物歧化酶(superoxidedismutase,SOD)活力,丙二醛(malondialdehyde,MDA)含量的影响,比较其作用间的异同。方法:健康日本大耳白兔49只,按随机分层分组法分为空白组、模型组、丹参饮组、血府逐瘀汤组,失笑散组,活络效灵丹组,桃红四物汤组,每组7只。空白组给予普通饲料,其余各组给予高脂饲料(含胆固醇1g,猪油5g),连续63d。从第33天起,各治疗组灌胃给药。第30,63天,取血检测各组家兔血清SOD活力,MDA含量。结果:血府逐瘀汤显著升高家兔血清SOD活力(P<0.01),亦能降低MDA含量(P<0.05);活络效灵丹能明显升高家兔血清SOD活力(P<0.01);丹参饮亦能升高家兔血清SOD活力(P<0.05)。结论:活血化淤方有不同程度地提高过氧化物酶的活性,抑制脂质过氧化的作用,这可能是活血化淤方药抗AS形成和发展的主要机制之一。AIM: To explore the effect of wushou recipes for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis on superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity and the malondialdehyde(MDA) content in experimental rabbits with atherosclerosis, and distinguish the similarities and differences between them. METHODS: Forty nine healthy Japanese white rabbits were randomly divided into 7 groups of 7 rabbits each:control group,model group,danshenyin group, xuefuzhuyu tang group, shixiaosan group, huoluoxiaoling dan group and taohongsiwu tang group.The control group was fed with common forage, while other groups with high fat forage,including 1 g cholesterol and 5 g lard, for 63 d.The therapy groups were orally injected into the stomach for administration from the 33rd day.The SOD activity and MDA content in serum were detected in all groups at the 30th and the 63rd day. RESULTS: Xuefuzhuyu tang could increase the SOD activity significantly(P< 0.01) and decrease the content of MDA in serum(P< 0.05). Huoluoxiaoling dan could obviously increase the SOD activity(P< 0.01) in serum. Danshenyin could decrease the content of MDA in serum(P< 0.05). CONCLUSION: The recipe for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis can increase the activity of SOD and inhibit the lipid peroxidation to different levels.The increases of SOD activity and inhibition of lipid peroxidation may be one of the main mechanisms of recipe for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis to inhibit the formation and development of atherosclerosis.
