新生儿肺炎患儿治疗前后血浆ET、CGRP含量检测的临床意义

摘　　要：目的　探讨血浆内皮素 (ET)与降钙素基因相关肽 (CGRP)在新生儿肺炎治疗前后中的含量变化。方法　应用放射免疫分析法测定 32例新生儿肺炎和 30例正常新生儿血浆中 ET、CGRP含量。结果　新生儿肺炎患儿急性期血浆中 ET水平显著高于正常新生儿组 (P<0 .0 1 ) ,恢复期较急性期明显降低 (P<0 .0 1 ) ,但仍高于正常新生儿组 (P<0 .0 5 )。急性期血浆 CGRP含量较正常组明显降低 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论　检测新生儿血浆中 ET、CGRP含量的变化可能与新生儿肺炎的发生。Objective To explore the changes of plasma endothelin(ET),calcitonin gene related peptide (CGRP) levels before and after treatment in patients with neonate pneumonia.Methods Levels of plasma ET,CGRP were determined by RIA in 32 cases of neonate pneumonia and 30 normal controls before and after treatment.Results In patients with neonate pneumonia the plasma ET level was higher in patients at acute stage than that in normal controls( P <0.01).The ET level became lower at convalescent stage but were still higher than that in controls( P <0.05).The plasma CGRP level was lower in cases at acute stage than that in normal controls( P <0.01).Conclusion The changes of plasma ET and CGRP levels might be closely related to the onset and development of neonate pneumonia.
