摘　　要：目的 :为了评价结缔组织性皮肤病患者血清中免疫球蛋白游离K、λ轻链水平测定的临床意义。方法 :速率散射比浊法进行检测。结果 :4 3例结缔组织性皮肤病患者血清中K、λ轻链水平测定均值分别是 17.99g/L、10 .35g/L ;4 0位健康对照组血清中K、λ轻链水平测定均值分别是 9.95g/L、5 .35g/L。两者比较P <0 .0 1,有显著性差异。k/λ比例下降。结论 :检测结缔组织性皮肤病患者血清中K、λ轻链的水平、K/λ比例下降 ,有助于该组疾病的早期诊断、早期治疗 ;有助于该组疾病病期的诊断和疗效观察。Objective:To evaluate clinical significance of the levels of K、λ light chain in serum of patients with connective tissue dermatitis.Methods:Rate nephelometer measures was use to detecte K and λ light chains to each patient and health person.Results:The mean of K and λ light chains of 43 patients with connective tissue dermatitis were K:17.99g/L and λ:10.35 g/L;The mean of K and λ light chains of 40 health were K 9.95 g/L and λ 5.35 g/L.The levels of K and λ light chains in serum of patients were higher than those of health(P<0.01).The k/λratio reduced in these diseases.Conclusion:Detecting the levels of K and λ light chains in serum of patients with connective tissue dermatitis is helpful to the diagnosis,early treatment,and observation of curative effect during the disease period.
