摘　　要：目的 :探讨贲门周围血管离断并胃底粘膜下血管环扎术治疗门静脉高压症出血的疗效。方法 :4 8例门静脉高压症出血患者行贲门周围血管离断并胃底粘膜下血管环扎术治疗。结果 :术后住院期间再出血率为 12 .5 % (6 /4 8) ,死亡率为 14 .5 8% (7/ 4 8)。结论 :贲门周围血管离断并胃底粘膜下血管环扎术治疗门静脉高压症出血效果显著 ,改良Sugiura术是一种较理想的术式。Objective:To improve treatment of portal hypertension with varix bleeding.Methods:Forty-eight cases of portal hypertension were reviewed retrospectively.All patients were treated by pericardial devascularization plus submucous varicose trans-ligation in the fundus of stomach.Results:There were 6 cases(12.5%)with variceal bleeding.The motality rate was 14.58%(7/48).Both were high.Conclusion:Treatment way selected must be individual and depend on indication.Time of surgery is very important.The modified Sugiura procedure is an ideal one.
