肠腔内瓣膜切除治疗十二指肠膜式闭锁和狭窄七例报告

摘　　要：目的 :报告肠腔内瓣膜切除术治疗十二指肠膜式闭锁和狭窄及其手术效果。方法 :7例十二指肠膜式闭锁或狭窄患儿行肠腔内瓣膜切除术。结果 :平均手术时间 75min(5 5～ 115min) ,术中平均出血量约 30ml(2 0～ 6 0ml) ,无术中术后并发症。随访 2～ 2 4个月 ,所有患儿生长发育基本正常。结论 :肠腔内瓣膜切除术治疗十二指肠膜式闭锁安全有效 ,远期效果有待随访。Objective:To report the membrane resection in the intesional cavity for membrane atresia and straitness of duodenum and its curative effect.Methods:Seven children aging from 2 to 40 days who underwent the membrane resection in the intesional cavity were reviewed.Results:The mean operative duration was 75 minutes and an average volume of bleeding was about 30 ml.There were no intraoperative or postoperative complications.All patients were followed-up for 2 to 24 months,results showed that their growth and development are all normal basically.Conclusion:This procedure is safa and effective.The long-term results should be followed-up.
