摘　　要：本文从社会发展的角度分析了建立统一劳动力市场的必要性和紧迫性 ,指出当前情况下建立统一劳动力市场存在的障碍。提出了建立统一劳动力市场需要解决的几个问题。This paper analyzes the necessity and urgency of establishing a unified labor force market from the viewpoint of social development. It points out the obstacles and difficulties of its establishment at present,and brings forward some problems that should be dealt with for its establishment.
