摘　　要：本文研究了B—S生长技术中界面运动速度与坩埚下降速度间的函数关系,即研究了界面真实速度变化规律并对其它影响因素进行了分析。This paper studies the relation between motive velocity andcrucible descending velocity of B-S growth in detail, i. e. studies the changerules of the interfacial real velocity and analyses its affecting factors.
