新风胶囊对活动期类风湿性关节炎患者细胞因子的影响

摘　　要：目的　观察健脾化湿通络中药新风胶囊 (XFC)对活动期类风湿性关节炎 (RA)患者细胞因子的影响。方法　 4 0例RA患者随机分为两组 ,治疗组 2 0例应用新风胶囊 ,对照组 2 0例应用雷公藤多苷片 ,两组均为 3个月为 1个疗程 ,均治疗 1个疗程 ,观察临床疗效及CRP、RF、细胞因子 (IL 1、TNF α、IL 4、IL 10 )等指标的变化。结果　XFC在总有效率、改善RA关节症状及部分实验室指标方面与雷公藤多苷片作用相似 ,但在改善全身整体症状、脾虚湿盛、瘀血症状 ,调整细胞因子平衡方面显著优于雷公藤 ;而且治疗组药物不良反应 (如食欲减退、腹胀、腹泻 )的积分值显著低于对照组。结论　新风胶囊可综合改善RA的关节及全身病变 ,其作用机制可能与降低致炎因子 。Objective To observe the effects of Xinfeng capsule on the cytokins in the patients with rheumatoid arthritis(RA) and analyze the mechanism.Methods 40 cases of RA were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group(n=20) was treated with XCF for three months as a therapeutic course.The control group(n=20) was treated with tripterygium wilfordii polycoside tablet(TPT) for three months as a theropeutic couse.Two groups were treated for one course all.The targets included clinical curative effects,CRP,RF,cytokin(CK) were observed.Results The effects of XFC was similar to TPT in the total effective rate and the improvement of the joint symptoms et al.But the XFC was superior to TPT in improving general symptoms of the patients with RA,regulating the balance of cytokin.The present rates of agent's side effect(induding inappetence,abdominal fullness,and diarrhea) in XFC group were lower than those in TPT.Conclusion XFC is able to improve the joint and general symptoms in the patients with RA,the its mechanisms are to reduce IL 1,TNF α and raise IL 4,IL 10.
