摘  要:本文研究了在各类表面活性剂存在下,金与硫代米蚩酮的显色反应,确定了测定金的最佳体系为:金—硫代米蚩酮—吐温—80。研究结果表明:该体系的灵敏度高(ε=1.75×10~5),最大吸收波长为555nm,最佳pH范围为2.4~4.5,试剂空白低,在1cm和3cm比色皿中金量分别在0~30μg/25ml和0~10μg/25ml范围内符合比尔定律。该体系选择性高,除Pd、As、Hg外;一般共存离子允许量很大,采用双波长等吸收点法可消除钯的干扰,很好地解决了金测定中钯的干扰问题。在采用泡沫塑料动态法分离富集金后,本法可适用于矿石中0.0x~xg/t金的测定。The colour reaction of gold-with thio-Michler's ketone(TMK)in the presence of various surfactants has been investigated, Au-TMK-Tween-80 is an optimum system for the determination of gold. The maximum absorption is at 555nm and the apparant molar absorptivity is 1.75×105. The optimum acidity is in the range of pH 2.5-4.5, Beer's law is obeyd in the concentration range of 0-30 ug/25ml and 0-10ug/25ml for gold in 1 cm and 3 cm cells, respectively, large amounts of foreign ions expect Pd, Ag, Hg do not interfere with the determination of gold. The interference of palladium is eleminated by a dual wavelength method. The proposed method has been applied to the determination of trace gold in ores with satisfactory results.
