我国农村“村务公开”的现状、问题及对策

摘　　要：我国目前正在推进的"村务公开"对于保障村民的民主权利、实行基层民主管理具有重要意义。它已取得了一定的成绩,但还存在一些问题。对存在的问题,应采取以下措施解决:提高干部群众对推行村务公开和民主管理制度的认识;完善监督激励机制和管理运行机制;进一步抓好民主选举工作;努力完善各项日常的办事程序;进行双向公开,保障村民的知情权。In present China, the rural public affair has great influence upon securing villagers' democratic rights and executing the democratic management at the basic level.There have been some problems in this respect although we have got certain achievements since 1998.So we should find out the corresponding countermeasure,includingdeepening the understanding of officials and masses on rural pubic affair and perfecting the democratic management system;completing the mechanism of supervision, motivation and management; improving democratic election; making great effort to have a good management of routine affairs; making two-way publication and ensuring villagers' rights to know the information and so on.
