摘  要:该文利用汞渗透管的汞蒸气发生装置和其它烟气主要气体成分模拟烟气条件,在小型固定床试验台上开展活性碳脱除单质汞的试验研究。结果表明:随着Hg0的入口含量的增加,活性碳的吸附量增加,初始吸附量与Hg0的含量成正比例增加;活性碳对Hg0的吸附受到HC1和SO2 等气体成分和含量的影响,SO2气体会导致吸附效率的下降,HC1气体的存在使活性碳的吸附量增加;HC1和SO2共同作用时,活性碳对Hg0的吸附性能要好于SO2单独存在时,但与HC1单独存在时比较要差。吸附随着反应温度的升高,活性碳的吸附能力降低;对活性碳注氯后,其吸附单质汞的过程是受物理吸附和化学吸附双重因素影响的,使其吸附量有所增加,并且含氯量越高,吸附量增加的幅度也越大。The mechanisms and rate of elemental mercury (Hg0) capture by activated carbons have been studied by using a bench-scale fixed-bed apparatus. The effects of inlet mercury concentration, flue gas composition, and adsorption temperature are investigated to determine the abilities to remove mercury in simulated flue gas streams. Virgin AC and chloride-impregnated AC are compared on mercury removal efficiency at 125℃. Results show that the sorption mechanism is a combination of physisorption and chemisorption. As the adsorption temperature increases, the performance of the carbons deteriorates. Virgin AC adsorption capability increases as the HC1 concentration increases. On the other hand, the presence of SO2 inhibits the Hg0 captured by virgin AC. A great degree of mercury loading is achieved with the higher gaseous mercury concentrations. The chloride content of chloride-impregnated AC increased slightly, that results an increase of mercury removal capacity.
