摘 要:研究了细茎石斛、细叶石斛和铁皮石斛三种药用植物石斛在多糖质量分数、分布、组成以及分子相对质量大小上的差异.运用糖含量测定方法分析三种石斛不同部位的总多糖TPs(totalpolysaccharides)和水溶性多糖WPs(watersolublepolysaccharides),运用糖醛酸和蛋白质质量分数测定、离子交换柱色谱以及凝胶柱色谱方法分析WPs.分析表明,铁皮石斛TPs和WPs质量分数均为最高,细叶石斛WPs质量分数明显低于其他两种,三种石斛多糖在各部位分布情况存在差异;不同石斛的WPs的组成和分子相对质量大小也不同.分析证实,三种药用石斛在多糖质量分数、分布、组成及分子相对质量大小上具有明显差异.To investigate the diversities of polysaccharides content, distribution, composition and molecular mass between three medicinal aendrobium plants Dendrobium officinale Kimura et Migo, Dendrobium moniliforme (L.) Sw., Dendrobium hancockii Rolfe. Methods measureo polysaccharides content was used to analyze total polysaccharides(TPs)and water soluble polysaccharides(WPs)in different parts of the plants. Measured uronic acid and protein content, ion exchange column chromatography, and gel column chromatography were applied to determine WPs. The content of TPs and WPs extracted from Dendrobium officinale Kimura et Migo were highest.While the content of WPs from Dendrobium hancockii Rolfe was lower than that of the others. And polysaccharides content in different parts of the three medicinal plants is various. Moreover, the composition and molecular mass of WPs are distinct. In conclusion, differences of polysaccharides content, distribution, composition and molecular mass are evident between the three medicinal plants.
