摘  要:研究结果表明 ,油研 9号的保优栽培措施为 :移栽的适宜播期为 9月 4~ 11日 ,密度为 9万株 /hm2 ,氮、磷、钾的施用量分别为 180、15 0、2 10kg/hm2 ;直播的适宜播期为 9月 2 5日~ 10月 2日 ,密度为 2 4万株 /hm2 ,施氮量 (纯氮 )为 180kg/hm2 ;适宜的栽培措施不但能够提高产量 ,而且提高商品籽的品质 ,使其含油率达 44 .63 %~ 45 .0 0 %,蛋白质 (饼 )达 3 8.17%~ 3 8.3 8%,芥酸达 -0 .10 %~ 1.75 %,硫甙达 2 5 .96~ 2 7.2 9μmol/g饼。相关分析表明 :硫甙与芥酸、蛋白质、含油率的相关均未达到显著水平 ;芥酸与蛋白质和含油率均呈极显著负相关 ;The experiment results showed that high quality cultivated techniques of yellow seed and double-low hybrid rapeseed-Youyan No.9 were:the suitable sowing date was September 4~11,the density was 9×10 4 plants per hectare, applied amount of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium fertilizer were 180?kg,150?kg and 210?kg per hectare respectively. The suitable sowing date of direct sowing was September 25 to October 2. The density was 24×10 4 plants per hectare. Applied amount of nitrogen was 180 kg per hectare. The suitable cultivated measure can not only keep high quality, but also increase yield for the content of oil: 44.63%~45.00%, protein: 38.17%~38.38%, erucic acid: -0.10%~-1.75% and glucosinolate: 25.96~27.29?μmol/g. Correlation analysis was as follows: there was no significant correlation between glucosinolate and erucic acid, protein, oil content. There was significant negative correlation between erucic acid and protein, oil content. There was significant positive correlation between protein and oil content.
