摘  要:针对青海东部地区广泛栽植的青杨和北京杨叶部病害比较严重的情况,我们利用黑杨派树种速生、抗病及青杨派树种较抗寒、抗旱的特点,以美洲黑杨做母本,青杨做父本进行杂交育种,从191个杂交无性系中选育生长快且不感病或感病率比较低的杂种无性系。Cathay Poplar and Beijing Poplar are planted widely in the eastern region of Qinghai.Their leaf-disease are very serious.In order to change this condition,We have done forest tree breeding use 2 kinds poplar have many good characteristics.America Black Poplar is maternal plant.It grows quickly and resists leaf disease,Cattay Poplar is paternal plant, it has Characteristics of anti-cold and anti-dry.Through interbreed process we have obtained 191 hybrid clones.These hybrid clones which have good character were selected as cultivated species.
