摘 要:基于纹理分析理论,采用谱分析技术,对三维编织复合材料预制件表面边缘图像进行傅立叶变换,得到其功率谱图和角向功率谱图,可进行平均编织角测量.与传统的三点法、四点法和手工测量法比较,结果表明,该方法的测量结果与手工法设计参数相吻合,对三维编织复合材料预制件表面编织角的自动测量具有实际意义和理论价值.A new kind of method for measuring the three-dimensional composite material preform surface braided angle is described based on image texture. Power spectrum and angle specturm texture are made out, and then the average braided angle is measured through preform's image enhanced by Fourier transform. The experimental results show the method to be used, comparing with the traditional three-point method and for-point method,it is well consisted with the result by handwork. It will produce an important value in theory and practice for 3D composite material preform surface braided angle
