摘  要:根据统计数据分析了宝钢1号高炉能耗处于国内领先的原因;介绍了为减少燃料消耗和利用副产焦化重油,先后采用的矿石中混入小焦,以焦化重油取代部分石油重油作喷吹燃料和热风炉水热媒废气余热回收装置等措施。On basis of statistical data, the reason why energy consumption of BF Nol in SBISC is at top position in China is analysed in the paper. Measures such as mixing ore with small lump of coke,using coking heavy oil as a substitute for part of petroleum heavy oil for injecting and adopting water hot medium to recover the heat of HS exhaust gas, which have been used to reduce fuel consumption and make use of coking heavy oil, are presented also.
