摘  要:电炉装料时将块状烟煤加入炉内,吹氧的同时吹入压缩空气,利用煤燃烧放出的热量可部分代替电孤热加热废钢。本文通过试验研究了煤的不同加入量、加入方式、供氧强度、吹氧方式、装料次数等诸因素对冶炼时间及电耗的影响,加块煤冶炼工艺与通常工艺相比,熔化期时间约缩短40min.每吨钢每公斤煤节电4kWh左右.During charging lump coal is put into electric arc furnace and compressed-air is blown into the furnace with oxygen blast, therefore heat from the coal will partially replace the heat from electricity to smelt scrap. By means of experiments the effects of quantities and ways of charging coal, the intensity of oxygen supply, oxygen blown ways and charging times on smelting time and electricity consumption are investigated. The results show that smelting process using lump coal can shorten the smelting time by about fourty minutes and that 4 kWh of electricity is saved by using 1 kg coal of one ton of steel in comparison with normal smelting process.
