摘　　要：针对内热式圆筒烧毛及热板接触烧毛方式存在的不足 ,对外热式圆筒烧毛机进行探讨。外热式圆筒烧毛机采用新型双狭缝辐射式高效火口加热圆筒 ,使织物经过灼热的圆筒表面进行接触式烧毛。用其取代内热式圆筒烧毛机 ,可大大提高烧毛质量 ,具有较好的应用前景。Two methods of internal heated roller singeing and hot plate contact singeing were compared and analyzed. Aiming at the shortcomings of these two methods, external heated roller singeing machine was developed. The external heated singeing machine adopts the new type of double-slit radiant high-efficiency burner to heat the roller, fabrics pass through the hot surface of the roller for contact singeing. With this new machine, singeing quality can be greatly improved, it has a bright application future.
