摘 要:通过 5 0 0g钼丝炉和 10kg感应炉进行了顶渣CaO SiO2 MgO Al2 O3 CaF2 渣系和喂线渣CaO BaO CaF2 渣系在钢 渣平衡状态的硫容量和钢水脱硫试验。结果表明 ,该顶渣 +喂线渣具有高的硫容量 (logCS 为- 1.6~ 0 .5 ) ,适用于超低硫钢的精炼脱硫 ;CaO BaO CaF2 中BaO/CaO为 5 / 3时 ,硫的分配系数LS 达到极大值 ,CaO SiO2 MgO Al2 O3 CaF2 渣系的碱度 3.1,炉渣指数MI 0 .31时 ,硫的平衡分配系数LS 最高。The sulphur capacity at steel-slag equilibrium conditions and molten steel desulphurization test with top slag CaO-SiO 2-MgO-Al 2O 3-CaF 2 and wire feeding slag CaO-BaO-CaF 2 have been carried out by using 500 g molybdenum-wound furnace and 10 kg inductive furnace. The results showed that the tested top slag + wire feeding slag had high sulphur capacity (logC S being -1.6~0.5) which were available for desulphurization of ultra-low sulphur steel during refining; as BaO/CaO ratio of slag CaO-BaO-CaF 2 was 5/3, the apportioning coefficient of sulphur L S was up to maximum, and as basicity of CaO-SiO 2-MgO-Al 2O 3-CaF 2 slag was 3.1 and slag index MI was 0.31 the balance apportioning coefficient of sulphur L S was up to highest.
