摘  要:2002年7月4-5日,清涧河流域发生了一次突发性高强度特大暴雨,水利水保措施受到了不同程度的破坏,为弄清情况、研究问题、分析原因,对此次暴雨的水沙变化状况进行了调查分析,认为“2002.7”暴雨条件下,水利水保措施暴露出了不少问题,但是其减洪减沙作用是不可否认的;随着淤地坝蓄水拦沙作用逐步衰减,需及时加高加固。An extraordinary storm with high rainfall density occurred in Qingjian River Basin on July 4-5 in 2002. Some water conservancy projects and soil conservation works were destroyed to different extent. In order to gain clear reasons of runoff and sediment variation in the river, the storm condition, water and sediment change situation have been investigated and analyzed. Results showed that many issues in soil and water conservation works were exposed under the storm condition, Though flood and sediment conservation action of the works can't be denied, many check dams should be strengthened and heightened in time.
