顶吹氧平炉燃用软沥青的试验研究

摘　　要：软沥青是近年来开发的以热沥青与脱晶蒽油均匀混配得到的一种新型液态燃料油。本文介绍了鞍钢开发的顶吹氧平炉燃用软沥青的试验研究。1991年1月至1992年2月在第一炼钢厂进行了该燃料的生产试验和热工测试.证明采用氧然喷枪的顶吹氧平炉燃用软沥青油运行正常,技术上可行,完全可以满足顶吹氧平炉炼钢的工艺要求。Soft pitch fuel is a new type liquid fuel oil which is developed in recent years by well mixing hot pitch with deanthracened anthracene oil. The present paper introduces the experimental study of burning soft pitch fuel in top-blown oxygen open-hearth furnace developed by Anshan I & S Co. Use test and thermo-technical measurement of the fuel were done at Steelmaking Works No. 1 , anshan I & S Co. from Jan. 1991 to Feb. 1992. The result shows that soft pitch fuel used in top-blown oxygen open-hearth furnace with oxygen-fuel lances combusts well, it is technically feasible and can satisfy the technological demand of steelmaking in top-blown oxygen open-hearth furnace.
