摘  要:本文对三种喷嘴(扁喷嘴、椭圆型喷嘴、圆锥型喷嘴)的喷淋水与铸坯表面间的传热特性进行了实验研究,获得了三种喷嘴的喷淋水与铸坯表面传热的传热系数计算式,分析了传热系数和热流密度的变化规律及其影响因素。In this paper, the formulas of heat transfer coefficients are gained by studying the characteristics of the heat transfer between spraying water of nozzles and the surface of billet. Three kinds of water nozzles are used, which include flat nozzle, ellipse nozzle and cone nozzle. Also, this paper analyzes the varying patterns for heat transfer coefficients as well as heat densities of three kinds of nozzles and discusses the factors affecting both of them.
