摘　　要：表达序列标签 (expressedsequencetags)是一种快捷、高效的揭示基因组信息的方法。本文对EST的产生、概念。The generation of expressed sequence tags (ESTs) has been proved to be a rapid and efficient approach to disclose the information of genome. In this paper we introduced the development, concept,and technique principle of EST, and reviewed its intensive applications in the research of genomics.
