三合激素治疗53例外阴上皮内非瘤样病变的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的 :探讨局部外用三合激素 (雌激素、孕激素、雄激素 )治疗外阴上皮内非瘤样病变的临床疗效。方法 :对我科近 5年来病理确诊的外阴上皮内非瘤样病变病人 5 3例 ,随机分为 2组 ,以局部外用三合激素加蜂蜜作为观察组 (35例 ) ,以局部外用 2 %氢化可的松霜为对照组 (18例 ) ,两组病例分别对症状、体征、皮肤弹性、颜色及病理检查等方面进行比较。结果 :观察组治愈 2 4例 (6 7% ) ,显效 6例 (17% ) ,有效 2例 (5 .7% ) ,无效 2例 (5 .7% ) ,总有效率 94 .3% ;对照组治愈 0例 (0 % ) ,显效 5例(2 8% ) ,有效 8例 (44 % ) ,无效 5例 (2 8% ) ,总有效率 72 %。两组各指标比较P值均 <0 .0 1,有非常显著性统计学意义。结论 :三合激素加蜂蜜是治疗外阴上皮内非瘤样病变一种疗效显著、使用简便的治疗方法。Objective: To discuss the curative effect of the exterior three-combined hormones (estrogen, pregnant and male hormone) in treatment of nonneoplastic epithelial disorders of vulva,and to find a treating method of significant effect and using conveniently.Method: Fivty three patients, with nonneoplastic epithelial disorders of vulva proved by pathology, were randomly divided into two groups. The observed group (35 cases) received the exterior three-combined hormones, the controlled group (18 cases) was given the exterior 2% cortisone ointment. The symptoms, signs, elasticity and colour of skin, and pathological test etc.in both groups were compared. Result: In the observed group, there were 24 cases had been cured (cured ratio was 67%), 6 cases had obvious effect (obvious effect ratio was 17%), and 2 cases had effect (effect ratio was 5.7%), and 2 cases without any effect after treatment(inefficiency was 28%). In the controlled group, none cases had been cured (cured ratio is 0%),5 cases had obvious effect (obvious effect ratio was 28%), and 8 cases had effect (effect ratio was 44%),and 5 cases without any effect after treatment (inefficiency was 28%). There was a very remarkable difference between the observed group and the compared group in therapy effect. Conclusion: Three-combined hormones therapy of nonneoplastic epithelial disorders of vulva is an effective, simple, and convenient treatment.
