摘  要:以工业化陶瓷膜来过滤肌苷发酵液,分析了膜的污染机理,求出了各分解阻力的百分率,并确定了处于主要地位的阻力。在此基础上,研究了清洗剂种类、浓度、温度、清洗时间及清洗方式对清洗效果的影响,所得到的结论对工业化生产有一定的指导意义。Inosine ferntation broth was filtrated with industrialized ceramic membrane. The mechanism of membrane fouling was analyzed. The percentages of all component resistances were calculated, and the resistance which lies in the major position was confirmed. Based on this, the effects of clean agent's varieties, concentration, temperature, cleaning time and cleaning mode on the clean efficiencies were investigated. It is very significant for the conclusions obtained in the paper to guide industrialized production.
