摘　　要：介绍了多氯联苯电力电容器焚烧系统预处理装置的工程设计及多氯联苯电力电容器切割装置实用新型专利技术 (专利号 96 115 4 4 9.7)的具体实施情况 ,并借鉴国外处理固体废物设备的设计 。The engineering design of PCB s static condenser incineration system preliminary treatment device and the concrete implementation of the useful and new patent technology(patent number 96115449.7) of PCB s static condenser cutting device will be introducted,and designs of devices in overseas solid wastes process is refered,and the cutted static condensers is sepaerated.
