摘　　要：对现代化温室黄瓜、番茄产品的品质和分级标准进行了探讨 ,根据两种蔬菜的品质特点和参考国外等级标准的划分 ,对两种蔬菜等级划分进行了设计。两种蔬菜的卫生指标符合国家所规定的指标要求。The quality and grade strandards of cucumber and tomato of modern greenhouse were discussed in this paper. The gradations of the two vegetable grades were designed according to their quality characteristics and related foreign standards. And the sanitary analysis indexes of cucumber and tomato were confined to the range of national green food sanitary standards.
