摘　　要：灌浆自动记录仪用以记录灌浆施工中重要技术参数的数据及曲线,并提供一定的智能控制功能,以确保工程的质量和安全．依据我国的灌浆施工方式和规范要求,借鉴国际上较为通用的技术方案,提出了一种新型灌浆记录仪软件系统的设计方法．主要分参数设置、压水试验、常规压力法灌浆和GIN法灌浆等4个功能模块讨论了该记录仪软件系统的基本工作原理和设计实现,并给出了关键控制部分的流程图．Grouting automatic recorder can record the important data and curves in grouting work, which also provides some control to insure the safety and quality of the projects. According to technics and specification of China and referring to general international technology scheme, this paper proposes a design method of a new type grouting automatic recorder. It discusses the fundamental mechanism and realization of the grouting automatic recorder's software, which includes four functional modules, parameter setting, water pressure tests, common pressure method grouting and GIN method grouting. It gives some critical flowcharts of control.
