摘　　要：伍德罗·威尔逊的外交思想具有三个理论源泉 :其一 ,基督教教义。威尔逊笃信的基督教赋予其外交思想浓厚的宗教远征氛围。其二 ,自由主义。对自由主义的信仰使威尔逊的国际政治思想强调公意与民主的作用。其三 ,威尔逊对现代性的认识。现代性在加强人类社会的进步与相互依存的同时 ,一旦失控将给人类社会带来灾难。威尔逊国际政治思想是现代性要求的产物。The international political thought of Woodrow Wilson is a great American diplomatic legacy,which has a far-reaching influence on American foreign policy.Although Wilson's international political thought is rich in content,one can trace its three theoretical sources.They are Christianity,liberalism,and modernity.First,Woodrow Wilson was a devout believer in Christianity ,which provides his international political thought with an atmosphere of a religious crusade.Second,Wilson's belief in the liberalism of the 18th and 19th centuries makes his international political thought optimistic in nature.That is why he emphasized the importance of public opinion and democracy.Third,Wilson believed that modernity can bring about dual results to modern society.On the one hand,modernity can promote the progress of human society and make the world increasingly interdependent .But,on the other hand,a runaway modernity can also destroy human society.Wilsonism is the result of such a requirement of modernity.
