摘　　要：在可转位球头立铣刀的设计中 ,为了减少刀片规格和利于刀片的标准化 ,要将理论上求得的刀片圆弧半径圆整成整数 。In design of indexable ball end milling cutter, in order to reduce the cutter specifications and to be favorable for cutter standardization, it is rec ommended that the preferred values of the inserts radius obtained by theoretical calculation should be round off. The machined surface configuration error cause d by the integer values of the inserts is calculated and analyzed.
