消心痛胶囊对大白鼠长期毒性的实验研究

摘　　要：目的观察消心痛胶囊长期口服对大鼠机能及形态学的影响。方法将 80只Wistar大鼠随机分成空白及消心痛胶囊低剂量、中剂量、高剂量组 ,分别以不同剂量消心痛胶囊给大鼠连续灌胃 3个月 ,观察其一般情况、体重、血细胞、各项血液生化指标及 1 4个主要组织器官形态学改变以及停药 2周后上述改变恢复情况。结果一般状况无异常 ,各项指标均无异常改变。结论消心痛胶囊长期口服安全 ,无明显毒副作用 。Objective To observe the long term toxic effects of Xiaoxintong capsule (XXTC)on rats.Methods 80 Wistar rats were randomly divided into 4 groups,i.e.blank group and 3 treating groups treated with XXTC in different dosages for 3 months.During the experimental period,the general status,body weight,blood cells,various indexes of blood biochemistry and the histological changes in 14 major organs were determined among the rats experimented on,including the changes taking place during the period of XXTC taking and those lasting to the second week after the medicine withdrown.Results Observed among all the experimental rats were no changes in the general condition and all the other indicators determined during the experimental period.Conclusions XXTC should be safe in its clinical use with the recommended dosage because of there being no obvious toxic effects on rats with this medicine orally taken for a long term.
