摘　　要：提出了一种在计算机网络环境下管理信息系统中基于角色的权限管理的实现方法,并结合实际课题给出角色使用与控制的一些应用技术和具体实例,同时在现代加密算法的基础上对数据库中重要数据的安全问题进行了讨论.This paper provides a method about how to distribute the authority to the usersof management information based on role strategy, which has been applied to some projects and practical examples, and discusses the security problem of the protection of some important data in DB server based on modern encryption techniques.
