摘　　要：介绍了针织染色产品的外观质量指标、内在质量指标及卫生指标。指出了原材料质量、前处理工艺、染色工艺、染化料、染色设备和生产环境是影响染色质量的因素。阐明了利用实验室控制染色质量的方法。This paper introduces the appearance parameters, physical parameters and sanitation parameters that can evaluate thedyeing quality of knitted fabrics. And the factors that influence the dyeing quality are presented as quality of raw materials,preliminary finish, dyeing technology, dyes, dyeing equipment and dyeing conditions. In addition, this paper puts forwardsome methods of controlling the dyeing quality in laboratory.
