螯合分散剂在染整加工中阻垢作用机理的探讨

摘　　要：染整设备在使用中会逐渐产生水垢、硅垢及污垢,给产品质量带来影响。螯合分散剂具有阻垢、清垢作用,其机理是导致沉垢晶格畸变、增加沉垢化合物的溶解度、产生静电斥力和分散、悬浮作用。螯合分散剂的阻垢、清垢作用已得到实际生产的证明。Furring, silicate and dirt will be formed gradually in the use of dyeing equipment, which will influence the product quality.Chelating dispersant can both hinder the formation of furring (silicate or dirt) and clear away it. The mechanism is: thechelating dispersant can result in the aberrance of crystal lattice of furring, increase the solubility of the furring compound,result in electricity-repulsive force and has the function of dispersing and suspending. Real production proves that chelatingdispersant can really hinder and clear away furring, silicate or dirt.
