摘　　要：对四针道单面圆纬机编织平针衬垫迷你毛圈织物的上机工艺、编织方法以及注意事项进行了探讨和论述。针对织物在编织过程中出现的露底问题(即麻点现象)进行了分析,这与机号的选择、纱支的粗细以及克重的高低等有着密切的关系,通过实践及对工艺的合理调配,使露底问题得到了解决。This paper discussed and described the actual technology, knitting methods and the aspects to be noticed for knittingplain-inlay fancy terry-loop fabrics on four-race single circular knitting machine. An analysis was made to the undercasingdefect (i.e., dotted effect), which is close related to choice of machine gauge, fineness of yarns and different square-meterweights. Through reasonable modifications to the knitting technology, the undercasing defect can be removed completely.
