摘　　要：以我国汽车整车制造企业的采购管理为例,对现行的计划供货、看板供货和同步供货3种采购管理模式进行了总结和分析,并着重围绕准时化生产理念和现代供应链管理理论对汽车制造企业采购管理产生的重要影响进行了探讨和研究。The current planned supply, sample supply and synchronism supply, three procurement modes are summarized and analyzed here based on procurement management of our complete vehicle manufacturers. The important influence for procurement management of vehicle manufacturers is studied focusing on punctual production concept and modern supply chain theory.
